YOGA!-------

We thought we might have a light night because our routine for the evening was Yoga. Boy were we WRONG! The Yoga program has been the most challenging thus far. This program is NOT for beginners and we were only able to complete 30 minutes of the 1 hour and 30 minute video. With that said, we got a great workout in and the sweat was pouring! Next week we will try to go a little further. Also, our muscles felt a lot better because of the stretching and I am not near as sore today. Tonight is lower body.

Oh yeah, by the way, I am down another pound this morning. So far I have lost about a pound per day! We are still bringing it!!

  1. I agree about YOGA - YIKES! It will be a challenge to get through it, but we will make it. I have more motivation this morning since I dropped another 2 lbs! It's working, so we have to stick with it. Glad to have great friends by my side for support and added motivation. Plus, they don't laugh at me because I can not stand on one foot!
