Plyometrics!!
OUCH! What a great workout though. You certainly can burn a lot of calories doing the plyometrics. This will be another one of those things that I will have to learn form and I will get better at. Good news.....day 2 and I am already down 1.5lbs! Looking forward to the rest of the week.

You did great! Down 1 lbs here but the stairs at work are killing me today - ouch! I actually enjoyed plyometrics for some strange reason. Have a feeling that I won't feel the same about arms tonight...I'm just sayin'!
