P90X Workout 1

Well, I have completed the first workout DVD's for P90X. It was chest and back.......and boy do I feel like I am missing both this morning!!! Oh and let's not forget the Ab Ripper......These workouts are going to be intense....NO DOUBT. However, I am excited that I am sore this morning because I know that I did something. I also know that it will get easier over time. I am still looking to bring it! Both Bill and Cory did an excellent job last night and I am eager to hear how they feel this morning. Here we go.....into day 2 of P90X...tonight is plyometrics!!

  1. All I have to say is, "OUCH!" You did great, and it was a good start. Sorry I had to miss the ab ripper - maybe! I feel good about the program, and it is great to be doing something healthy and productive again. We will have to stick with it, but all I have to do is look at my "before" photo to keep me motivated. That damn spare tire is really not attractive!! Everyone says the plyometrics will kick our ass! No pain, no gain (or loss) I guess.
